1:17.10 is where the 385 turns off from the 375 Southport service (identical route from Wigan up till then) - the 375 goes straight on and through Burscough and Bescar. 1:28.17 is where the two routes match back up again to Southport (The 375 emerges from the right at this junction)

If you can at some point next month, I'd highly recommend going to Exeter as it's nice place to film buses and I'd highly recommend doing a bus video on the 4A bus to Exeter Airport or the A to Alphington or the J to Digby Retail Park or the R to Rifford Road.

I’m driving an ex nct scania that’s 20 years old they definitely looked after it It still drives like a dream They really look after their fleet so clean and modern too They are what other uk councils should model themselves on

I love the livery (heritage of course) and Chester City has not been spoilt by modern office blocks as in other cities. Excellent video as always.

I am Chorley born and raised, and left 45 years ago. I visited last year and discovered the Chorley circulars C1, C2, etc. are no more. Do the current "out of town" bus routes provide adequate "in town" service for Chorley?

Engine sounds so nice and smooth Compare to the e400mmc Cummins and it’s night and day I bet these are about 50k more expensive at least

The Scania N250 is actually not awful But it’s the worst Scania ever made Still 10000x better than any ADL Cummins The engine is a beastly 9ltr but it’s so clean you can stand next to the exhaust pipe and not smell any fumes at all amazing filters Unfollow adl won the argument about the E fans they refused to fit Scania own fans which is why these won’t last as long and the chassis is flimsy as anything The eco mode will reduce power to zero downhills but up hill full raw beastly power The driver cab area is uncomfortable as somehow the steering wheel position doesn’t match with the body of the vehicle meaning the drivers seat is touching the door pillars Nice livery on this

Shock announcement this week that Arriva are pulling out of Buckinghamshire authority area by end of summer school term 🙁 (don't think this affects Milton Keynes) so if you're feeling blue and would like to record some history you need to come down to Aylesbury / High Wycombe quick! 😊 I'm really glad I managed to get a front seat ride on a double decker 800 both ways from Reading to High Wycombe last September on a lovely warm sunny day now - had never caught a double decker 800 before as most workings have always been single deckers.

Funny to watch as I've got this route so many times over the past almost 20 years. Before that the no1 route went from Yateley to Aldershot. Now that's the no 3 which doesn't go down Frimley road anymore.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I am almost certain that you have been in this exact same vehicle (bus) at least twice already this year. And in no way am I trying to be disrespectful to you. I guess it must belong to the local Stagecoach depot in Skegness, Lincolnshire and I don't really imagine that they will have a great many vehicles. Maybe about half a dozen. It's just that I noticed that it looked very much like one you have used on at least a couple of journeys to or from Skegness and the registration starts NK57... signifying that it started life most likely in the North East of England. Most likely Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Darlington or Middlesbrough direction.
